Importance of Empowering Women

This interview is on why it is so important to empower our women. What does empowerment mean ? I love to quote Queen Rania of Jordan who says, “Educate the women, you educate the world”. I too believe that when we empower women to find and fulfill their own purpose in life (not dictated by what others say their purpose is) can they add value to the world.
