Create a world full of LOVE & RESPECT

The scarcity mindset spreads HATE and chaos. I have seen this mindset exist in families and how marriages and family relationships break down because of the strong belief in lack.

Because of the scarcity mindset, office politics and suspicion and stress exist. Fights over small issues are created and made big.

Because of the scarcity mindset too, people are willing to fight each other over scraps and get stuck because they cannot think creatively of how to collaborate and make it work for everyone. The lack mentality makes people bad team players. I have even seen people fighting over free stuff and hurting each other over them! This dangerous thinking has been passed down generations to create suspicion, lack and not have Faith in our Almighty’s provisions. Leaders who have this lack mentality will always create suspicion, hate towards “others” and instil fear as a means to control or rally support. It is time that people get educated on Abundance instead. The power of Source. The true nature of the Human SPIRIT. Beauty in collaborative efforts. Creating possibilities instead of fear-based tactics. It is time to change the old ways that do not work. Let us create a world this time, full of LOVE & RESPECT! #murshidahsaid #murshidahsaidsharing #murshidahsaidcoaching #loveandrespect #spreadloveandrespect #weekendvibes #consciousbusinessowners #internationalcoach #internationaltrainer #internationalspeaker
