My daughter and I were at a restaurant and she approached another little girl around her age, sitting at another table and asked her to play with the new toy I just got her. Its a toy birthday cake where she can decorate the toppings and play music on.   …The other girl just smiled shyly at her and shook her head. The adults around her said “She cannot hear you. She cant hear or speak”. My daughter said, “Its ok. I was on the plane and my ears got stuck too. I just started to hear again. She will hear again maybe later.” The other girl’s parents looked over to me and smiled. The 2 little girls then sat together and played for at least 45minutes…I learn so much from children…
